Chilean Sea Bass with a Lemon Grass Slaw

Coated with a Rice Crispie crust, pan fried and finished in the oven. Delicious!

Dude, I didn't see these yesterday, or I would've posted sooner, these are so yummy looking , I wish I could grab them out of the screen, now I'm hungry and have to find food!
