I think (but I'm biased) that it really captures her excitement of having snow.

A wedding photographer I am not...
But I had my camera and thought, why not! Our church meets in a movie theater so it was a CAVE! I used a Better Bounce Card to help with diffusing the flash.
The hubby was so sweet, he surprised her during the announcements and asked her to marry him, again. In shock she asked "Today?". Her best friend had bought her a dress, brought her makeup and jewelry, gave her a quick pedicure, even provided a bouquet. Friends, family and even some co-workers had all snuck into church to share their special day.

After post processing in Photoshop.
Ran some curves, levels, color balance and then did a high pass sharpen. Any preferences? Better than sooc?
Straight-out-of-Camera (sooc)
Working on a smooth and simple Photoshop work flow. This is the photo sooc, only sharpened for the web.

Working on conversions
Took this one of Boozilla and thought it screamed out for a black and white conversion. I happen to love her hair in her eyes as that is how I usually see her.

Such admirable restraint...
from a six year old. Boozilla was quiet and that is never, ever good with her. I found her getting "beautiful" in the downstairs powder room. The light was reflecting beautifully into her eyes, so of course, the Mammarazzi ran for her camera. Being a tiny powder room with latte colored walls and a blue ceiling made for some interesting (read difficult) color casts in the photo while the halogen light being reflected by the mirror and it's silver frame, not to mention the cream vanity top, cast a LOT of light back into her face an eyes. All told, I like this one. Comments or hhcc always welcome.
