I really love the first, the black and white. I think it's perfect, for this photo at least. It's so hard though, I've never found one that I love for every single photo, you know? I think that's impossible. But that first one really is great.
The first one is the best. The second is too soft, almost like there's a haze filter on the lens. The third is too blown out. This would work better on a darker photo subject - a big burly man, scared child, guy w/ arm sleeve tattoos, etc. Great photo!

The first one is my favorite. The whites are too blown in the 3rd (on this image) and #2 the skin tones are too muddy.

I really like the first conversion, the second one is ok too, but I really like the first conversion the best!
